I’ve been designing for as long as I can remember. Professionally since 2001.

I’ve watched design evolve from print to digital, to social, to mobile, to systems, and now AI. The tools change, and the problems differ. But, one constant is my ability to adapt, keep learning, and find a way forward.

I’ve built a career by staying curious through uncertainty, excited about change, and committed to the belief that design can make the complex clearer, more useful, and more meaningful.

I’m drawn to what’s behind a problem. Best practices are simply old problems solved by curious minds. The world has new problems to solve and we need creativity and curiosity to uncover new solutions that will stick.
I connect the dots

The strongest solutions live at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and the realities of technology. I listen closely, absorb information from many sources, and find the connections that turn complexity into clarity.
I do the work

Good craft takes time, discipline, and follow-through. I’m willing to put in the effort, test ideas, learn from failure, and keep refining until it feels right. I care about the details—but never lose sight of the larger outcome.
I make teams stronger

The best work happens when people feel trusted, heard, and connected to a shared goal. I create that environment through clear structure, open collaboration, and supportive leadership.
